Leaving the airport, at Santa Cruz, you must take the expressway to Funchal - Ribeira Brava - Ponta do Sol - Arco da Calheta. While arriving at Arco da Calheta, in the roundabout, you must take the direction "Ledo". Turn left on "Rocha de Gouveia" street. After 1 km, on your right, there is a sign stating "Calhau Grande", which will point the way to the car parking and the cottages.
